A Doll`s House

A Doll`s House
Theatro Technis presents a modern retelling of
A Doll’s House
by Henrik Ibsen.
Nora, wife and mother of three, seems to have it all but she has a secret which threatens her family. As she struggles to protect those she loves including her controlling husband, she must face the consequences of her choices and come to terms with who she is and what she truly wants.
A Doll's House was initially received as a play of social criticism about traditional gender roles and relations. While it is less controversial than it was more than a century ago, it is still highly relevant in today’s public discourse. But the work explores other themes as well, in particular Nora’s journey of self-discovery and awakening to the world she lives in.
